Who is your favorite character on Cosby Show and why?

Denise. Seasons 1, 2 and 6 are my faves probably because those seasons focused on her most. I loved Lisa so much I even suffered through Angel Heart to see her, LOL

Denise was my favorite.

I identified with Denise alot especially during her college (or lack of college years).. Theo on a level I identified with..
DAMMIT I love them all.. It wouldn't be cosby show with out any of them..Even the extras like Buuuud as Ruby would put it is great ...

I liked Dr. Huxtable the best! He was so funny.

I liked Rudy when she was older, cuz I can relate to some of her problems. I also liked Olivia she was sooooo cute!!!!!

I like Theo!!!! He was funny! Stayed in trouble!

My favorite characters were Cliff and Olivia they were so funny!!

Boy, it's tough to come up with a favorite. I really only watched the show for about the first 3 seasons (I totally stopped watching when the female cast members started wearing these ridiculous hairdos).

I liked Denise, thought she was really pretty and was really funny, especially when it came to any kind of schoolwork. I liked Vanessa, she was a cute, typical little sister. Rudy was also cute during the first few years. I thought Theo was hysterical.

I guess, overall, Denise was my favorite. Never did get tired of looking at her during her first stint on the series. (I didn't like when her hair got all wierd, either).

Claire was beautiful, but she could easily get on my nerves with that self-righteous attitude of hers.

I'd have to say Denise and Vanessa. I also like the friends of Pam. I forget there names. Charmane and Lance, I think. They could be funny too. Sondra and Elvin were funny when they were together, also. And Mr. Ingalls with his toupee. There are just sooo many.:D

That is a tough one, but I am such a Bill Cosby fan, that I will have to go with his character Dr. Huxtable.

My favorite characters on the show were Theo, Rudy and Olivia.

Theo because he was the type of son who Cliff thought he that he would be a sucess, but ended up not knowin ganything. He was always confused. :confused:

Rudy because she was the youngest one in the family and got away with anything. :)

Olivia because she was always funny. She would say alot of stuff and Cliff would have to listen to her. She was also the cutest (except for Rudy). :crazy:

Vanessa -- I could relate to her, since we were the same age

Denise -- I always wanted a cool older sister

Claire -- Now, I love her as I'm getting older. Before she was just a stern mom. Now she seems so fun and lively

I read somewhere that the workstoppage of writers back in the early 90's was the reason the Cosby Show dissapeared. There were more than 22 episodes lost due to lack of writers. The great show could have gone on for at least another year.

Denise was always a cool chick and my favorite

Vanessa is my favorite!!! She was always so funny and we had a lot in common. She was the closest to my age, and we are both the fourth child in a family of five kids. I also fought all the time with my younger sister. Most of my favorite episodes revolve around Vanessa.

I also liked Denise, because she was rebellious and free-spirited. And I liked Cliff and Clair because they usually managed to remain calm and loving as they raised their five children. I wish my parents had been like that (not that they were bad parents, they just weren't Huxtables...but who is? LOL!):)
