Leslie's character, Valentina, hooks up with big guy (mob boss) Tony. Let's just say that I don't expect her to help the big fella translate French physics notes into English anytime soon.

I rented the tapes of "Sopranos" from the library yesterday...the ones she was in. This Valentina chick uses f-word, s-word, and other words like they're no biggie, dresses up in gaudy fur with "hookah"-looking Lee press ons and big hair. She says she's done it with girls and other freaky things. She was "butt nekkid[sic]" within the first 5 minutes she was on screen. She is hoochie!

That, my dears, is good acting. I didn't see her as Maria hangin' with the Mob at all. I saw her as a skanky character, far removed from the IHP.

The thing that had me worried is that she looked extremely, extremely gaunt and thin. Her face looked hollowed out, and her large eyes looked like they were popping out of their sockets. Her skin seemed very sallow. And in her nude scenes, you could see her ribs. I remember from the few eps of HOTC from season 3 that she seemed thinner than on the previous seasons...and I think she looks better with a little more weight on her.

I'm very worried. That thin look doesn't look too good at all.
