this semester was a diaster

The 2nd Marking Period hasnt ended yet for me, althought it is ending soon.

We dont get our report cards until late January- early February

I got at As last quarter except for a B in Math, but Im aiming for high honors this quarter.

We don't get ours until Feburary, but I enjoy guessing...

Spanish- B range, hopefully. I failed a couple tests this marking period. :/
Language Honors- A-. As of now my average is a 91.5, which is a full grade higher than last marking period.
Math- God knows. I recently switched from Algebra honors, which I was failing, to a normal advanced math class. My final grade depends on how I do on the next few quizzes.
Science- I deserve an A, but I have a feeling that I'll get a B+ in this class simply because I'm having some problems with the teacher.
Social Studies- A+. I loooove Social Studies.

The rest of my classes are pretty minor, and I'm doing well in all of them.

All A's in my classes except for Pre Algebra which is a C (65 for first quarter & 74 for 2nd quarter and the semester average for last semester was a 70)

I thought high honors were 85 and above?For us honors is 89.9 and above and 95.9+ I think is high honors. I'll probably just miss honors this marking period. I'm not doing so good lately compared to how I usually do.

Our weighted seems to be worth way less than some schools. It bumps up one letter grade (B+ --> A-) rather than any large number of percents. Because of my extra point in Pysch it brought my Pre-calc grade up to the equivalent of an A and the same for English since it's weighted. I was super pissed about my Pre-calc grade though. I had a 98.6% first nine weeks, 100% second nine weeks and then I got a stupid B on the final and that brought me down to the A-. Had I gotten maybe 3 or 4 more points on the final I would have had a B+ which would have still let me keep my A. Not really fair in my mind but whatever-- I don't have to take finals this semester in the classes I have As in because of a little privelege we get for the last semester of high school. I'm rather worried about college though. I want to study English but it's my worst class. Go figure.

As a whole, I thought junior year was the toughest. AP Macroeconomics killed my GPA for last semester though.That's the most difficult class I've ever had to take. :(
