Two that stood out was Lucille Ball's pregnancy in I Love Lucy that resulted in Little Ricky and Elizabeth Montgomery's two pregnancies on Bewitched that resulted in Tabitha and Adam. Adam did not do much to the show because it was on its way out slowly but surely. Tabitha's birth added a lot to the show with Darrin dealing with a wife and a child who is a witch. The episode when Tabitha was born, Then There Were Three, was very funny but powerful with Elizabeth Montgomery and Dick York in the room after Tabitha was born. That scene moved me to tears because it looked so real and genuine. It did not look acted out. When Adam was born they tried to replay that similar scene with Dick Sargent in the episode, And Something Makes Four, and it did not looked genuine.

Phoebe's (Lisa Kudrow's) on Friends. It helped provide some great character moments for her, especially since she's usually given the least attention of all six.

And Debra Messing's. Not in terms of how it affected the show, but it made her look much more natural than her usual skeletal frame, which was a nice change. :p

i believe robin william's pregnancy on mork and mindy helped the series progress. it gave the show some new story lines. that was a clever idea.

I liked that storyline. It was better then season 2 and 3.

is she the one that always goofed up her spells??? if i remember correctly, mrs. trunbull or whatever her name is almost blew out the city lights just because of one mistake! i believe she was trying to babysit's twins for her daughter samantha. i'm not sure.

Yeah, Debra Messing's probably helped the show. I don't understand how someone as skinny as her could believable eat as much as her character.
