Since Freddie and Lilith continued to live in Boston, unless they moved to another part, they'd still be living near the bar. Would Lilith keep in touch with the people at Cheers, and would she let Frederick mingle with them? I know you have to be 21 to drink in America, but seeing as they were friends with his parents, surely they'd let Freddie hang out there, if he wanted to, as long as he didn't drink.

I thought it would have been hilarious is Lilith had kept close with everyone at Cheers after divorcing Frasier.... except he never knows about it until the reunion.

That would have been great. It's hard to see it happening, but it'd be worth it just for Frasier's reaction.
