She will most likely get a new trial(she was only tried and convicted in the deaths of 3 of her 5 children), which means tax dollars at waste and a media frenzy(again) when it's not even needed. :rolleyes:

No... I think the prosecutor knew she might get off like this and so he didn't charge her with the other 2. Now he can.

unless she hadn't been attempting to get help for her disorder it frankly wasn't her fault. but i dont really care.
