Just wondering what you other Unsolved Mysteries fan's opinions are on the second Final Appeal case. In the late 70's Michael Martin was convicted of Armed Robbery based two on eyewitness testimonies, one of them was from a police officer who had dealth with him on a previous offence. His defense was he was working on his car from home many miles away on the day in question. He had 5 alibis, all were friends and neighbours though. I remember watching this and got the general feeling he is guilty. This story is from my distant memory so you'll have to excuse me if I have mis-reported the case. And if anyone has futher information or correction please post it up. So what are your thoughts?
