Is it true that the episodes that SOAPNET airs like Dallas, KL, Dynasty, and others are from the syndicated versions of the shows (which means a lot of editing ) not the network version of the shows (which means uncut)?

I know that Dallas and Melrose Place are aired uncut. I think the other ones are too.

They air all the shows uncut. Which means, not editing. the same exact version that originally aired during the series network runs.
