I'd probably go with North by Northwest, but all 4 of the Hitchcock movies he made are really good. I also love Father Goose, such a fun role for him. Houseboat is another fun one. Bringing Up Baby, His Girl Friday, Mr. Blandings, The Bishop's Wife, The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer..... The man didn't make any bad movies. He is one of the all time greats.
