One thing I noticed that this season of the Jerry Springer show,is that they have been showing reruns of the show from like 97 or 98. They have been featuring more reruns than new shows this year. Is that a sign that the show might be coming to an end soon?

Techincally yes and no.

Yes: in 2003 back Jerry said that he would be running for governor in 2006 which means that he would have to end his show after this season but recently there was news confirming that he would NOT be running.

NO: Springer and Maury are both in the negotiations of renewing both Jerry and Maury for 3 more seasons until the 2007-08 season.

Yeah Jerry was going to run for Senate here this year too, but he never got off the ground. I doubt he'll make governor, but I'm sure he'll give it a shot.
