very funny? I think he was a underrated character in this show and was very entertaining. Who else liked Mr. Drummond?

I always liked him. Gary Coleman always got the big laughs but Conrad Bain was funny too in his own way.

I thought he was a funny guy, too. A lot funnier than Gary or Todd! That man made me cry with laughter. And he was incredibly sexy.

I always liked Mr. D. He had his funny moments, but wasn't flat out funny.

I liked Mr. D. Earlier in the series, he really loved Arnold and Willis. When Sam and Maggie came along, he changed. It seem like he stopped paying attention to Arnold and only looked out for Sam and Maggie's needs.

Conrad Bain's character on Maude and DS were the same just different name. The way he acted on DS is how he acted on Maude

I liked Mr, D as Well. Now, Brian, "Solomon is right!?" WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS? When I saw that message, it scared me! How could you side with the enemy? LOL. (No offense, TSA/SOL) Where did this come from? I don't stick around the boards enough obviously to find out what is going on.

LOL it is a long story, but I've seen evidence where Good Times was created before Maude ever existed. I still have some doubts, but one thing is for sure, Solomon has a much stronger case than I ever thought.

Yeah he did his part very well. He seemed like the nicest man. Was excellent with the kids and quite funny too.

The devastion! The agony! You have taken up with the enemy! LOL. It's cool. But keep in mind, "Knots Landing" was concieved before "Dallas" was too and it is still a spinoff. CBS rejected "Knots" and decided to do "Dallas"(no pun intended). They later introduced some characters from Dallas into Knots Landing just like the Black Family (renamed Evan) on Maude and Good Times. Never give up hope. Ooops! I am supposed to be moderationg this board and I am rambling O.T.

Uhhh.. Mr. D Rocks? There! that should things back onto to topic now.
