I did this before, but have you ever got bullied in high school or milldle school just because? Or because you were not in any clubs, clicks or what-ever.I hated high school just because of some kids, being cruel. I could'nt wait to get out of the school, when we get a little bit older I wish I could have changed something about me in school. Now when your an adult it's like so what.I knowwho I am now and if they don't like it they can shove it.Even in the late 70s and early 80's kids can be ass holes.

Middle School was the worst for me. The late 70's and early 80's was about the time I was going through too.

The thing that makes me feel better is "What goes around, comes around."

High school was alot better, we moved to a better school district.
and the kids were nicer.

Thats the same time I was going through it. 1978-79 was probably the worst year but it lasted into the early 80's. High School was somewhat better but junior high was the pitts.

Fights suck really bad. I'm in one really bad because, well my whole class has a really close relationship with everyone in it, well so good that my friend did well some pretty nasty things to this guy so I was just messin with this guy and he hit me in the head REALLY hard. Fights suck!

Middle school is the worst. People become a little more mature in highschool with the whole clique thing, granted, there still are some d****e bags.

middle school sucked because everyone treated me like ****. But once I got to HS, people didn't care anymore. I also have way too many other things going on to care about those people.

From grade 7 to grade 10,highschool was great, but after that you had to drink and smoke to be given a look in,and from 10 to 12,i hated school, and all the people.Kids are arseholes,i agree, but once you leave school you never have to see them again. The people who mattered so much in ighschool, and who i was trying to get 'approval' from, completely dropped out of my life.:)

Hmmmm how can I sum this up?

I got picked on the worst in elementary school, because I was chubby and slower than the other kids. I still am but things aren't as bad. When I got into 6th grade I had absolutely NO friends at all and people made fun of me because the only friend I had was a boy.
By 7th grade all I cared about was getting into the "popular crowd" and I was REALLY given **** to because of that. But I don't blame them. 8th grade wasn't that bad but I was one of those kids who hated everyone and I had friends but they were really REALLY phony and when I tried to talk to them about something they wouldnt listen and only talk about themselves. But things were alot better because I was lucky I realized that my life and how I'm going to turn out isn't based on what GROUP I am in in school. So all I focused on was my schoolwork and I actually gained my parents trust for once. But these first few months of this school year was tough for me because I was in a school I did'nt want to be in and I tried out for field hockey and my parents wouldn't let me quit. It was also hard for me because my sister was a big athlete there and she has her basketball jersey on the wall of the gym. And I'm happy for her and everything but I don't like sports. Not to mention I suck at them and if I try running two miles I'd probably end up in an ambulence. So everyone at the school and on the field hockey team expected me to be like my sister.
Since I sucked at the sports all the girls there ostrocized me. Whenever I tried to speak they looked at me weird and whispered to eachother.
My mom refused to listen to the fact that I was picked on until she saw a prank the girls were gonna pull on me and she got furious and reported the coach to the principle. So basically for me high school wasn't much better than junior high. In my town people never learn to grow up and if someone is different from anyone else they are definetly made fun of. That's why I think switching schools was the best thing that I ever did. It has the theater and the arts in it which I'm very interested in and there are no sports so there is no pressure from my parents to try out for a team. And althought there are a bunch of different cultures there like blacks, whites, and latinos, everyone gets along and people were pretty nice and accepting of me when I first got there. I've already made some friends and at first I wasn't sure but I am definetly better off not in a regular high school

From like 3rd to 5th grade, I had tons of friends. But when Middle School started, my best friend became a cheerleader and...well actually all of my friends did....and they all just forgot about me. 6th and 7th grade were the worst. My now best friends used to make fun of me behind my back and I had no close friends at all. In 8th grade, things started to get better and by high school everything's okay.

I don't really have a problem with bullies or cliques or crap like that and I like to think that it's because of the classes I'm in. All of my classes are honors classes and I'm in classes with all of the same people and I have been since like 6th grade. We all get along fine. We all don't hang out together outside of school, but no one really dislikes anyone else. The other obnoxious people in the hallways and such (its the only time we actually have contact with other people...I don't have any friends that aren't in my classes) can get irritating...But when they do/say something rude or stupid, I just ask myself where they're going to be in 10 years, compared to where I'm going to be. :D

:) Grades 6th and 7th were the worst for me. I was in a small Catholic grade school and the cliques were terrible. Once I reached highscool alot of the kids who didn't want to be my friends in grade school all of a sudden wanted me as their friend so the tables were turned. And, it is true once you are out of school you never see most of these people ever again.

School was hell for me and I was picked on for various reasons.
I was never considered "cool" and only had a few friends. My parents refused to buy me decent clothes or shoes which meant I was never up to speed on what was deemed fashionable. And being gay didn't help my popularity much either.
I could never understand why kids whom I'd never even spoken to in my life would throw things at me and call me names. It's just so ridiculous when you think about it.
Most of the abuse I got was verbal but there were a few instances where it got physical. One time a boy in my class hit me over the head with a chair because he thought I was "ugly". One girl use to make a habit of spitting on me every time she saw me. Another time a girl just walked up to me and punched me in the stomach. I don't know why she did that - I guess it must've been a dare or something.
By the time I was 15 I'd pretty much given up on everyone completely and I didn't even venture out of the school building at lunchtime. I used to just sit in an empty classroom in the mathematics department because venturing into the lunchroom was practically a deathwish!

I got picked on in elementary more than anything. No one knew me in HS. I mean, I lived in this GD snobby suburb where if you weren't rich or in sports, you were a loser. I was such a loser no one even knew me. Which looking back, I'm glad, because I hated them all.

I was picked on when I was in elementary school because I was terribly shy.

I was in the popular crowd's in junior high and in high school. I dated alot, went to a ton of parties and had alot of friends. I regret all of it now, because once I became "popular", I went from an A student to a D student. Besides, I'm not friends with anybody from high school anymore anyway.

Anyone see the movie 'Vice Versa' in which Judge Reinhold and Fred Savage play father and son who switch bodies? There was a GREAT scene in which the 7th Grade son (in Dad's body) sought out and BEAT UP all the bullies in the bathroom who'd picked on the kid! :yippee:
