I think that's too drastic a measure. The father stated that they are normally really good boys. It's not as if they got in trouble with the law. Something could have been done besides depriving them of Christmas. I think the parents are going to regret this down the road. You can't unring a bell.

by the way, i didn't want to say ONLY stupid people. i wanted to just say "stupid people live in the southwest" but i'm quite extremely obsessive-compulsive and my nervous system just would not let me submit the post before putting the word "only" at the beginning. it was bugging the hell out of me. yes i'm responsible for it, but unless it's a life or death situation i'm gonna obey my compulsions. i hate everyone.

This story sounds really strange. I know it's true. Just weird. I don't know what to think.

When I heard this story, it sounded to me like the man was looking for any excuse to profit. Reminded me of my ex-uncle. I am glad he will be donating it instead.
