How many horror movies were there in 2004? Well, the only one I saw was the original Japanese version of The Grudge. Loved it. Kay Scarpetta 12-30-2004, 02:55 AM I'm pulling The Phantom of the Opera for best movie of '04. Despite what the critics say, I still loved it. Yeah, it wasn't as good as live, but it's a movie. It's not supposed to be. Liza 12-30-2004, 02:57 AM I gotta disagree. I've seen the show twice, once in Detroit and once in London, and I really prefered the movie. I thought all the changes were for the better. See, I had the CD and playnotes long before I ever saw the stage show, so I had this great thing imagined, and when I saw the corny chandelier and the not-so-astounding special effects I was pretty let down. The movie really was the perfect realization of that show in my mind :D Brian 12-30-2004, 03:06 AM Best film: Ray Best actor: Jamie Foxx (Ray) Best animated film: The Incredibles Kay Scarpetta 12-30-2004, 03:23 AM Originally posted by Liza I gotta disagree. I think Emmy had a beautiful, pure voice, also. I didn't care for the Phantom's voice. Tundra Wolf 12-30-2004, 03:28 PM My favorite movie from 2004 was Spider-Man 2...
