What if Jack became then landlord after Mr. Roper and Mr. Furley would live in their apartment with Janet and Chrissy. I think that would be hilarious.:lol:

That would be interesting. The building would probably fall to peices. Not like it was runned properly to begin with, because Jack would be a better chef than a landlord. He would be too busy chasing all the girls in the other apartments than worrying about fixing things.
