Hello all, a UK Cheers fan calling. Funnily enough, it will be on here in about ten minutes. Cheers has been a permanent fixture on our TV screens since January 1983. I still can't believe I've been watching this show for nearly 20 years.
Here's the little known fact; I wrote a mini-script, a crossover of Cheers with Remington Steele (yes, that Remington Steele! The show with the current James Bond, Pierce Brosnan). I can hear some retching http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif but trust me, I'm an ardent fan of both shows and I did everything I could to ensure that I avoided all the normal crossover pitfalls. RS fans that occasionally watched Cheers felt I'd done justice to both shows.
However, I'd love to know what a Cheers fanatic thinks. It's set in the third season so Coach and Diane figure (and Frasier too).
If anyone's got a spare ten minutes (that's all it will take) and would like to read it, please email me at madamjada@aol.com
Thanks!
MJ
