Has anyone heard anything on what Paul Fusco's opinion is on the dvd being edited?

There was quite a reaction to the syndicated episodes released on the season 1 dvd set. I read somewhere the Fusco was "disappointed" with what had happened.
I'll be very interested in the season 2 episodes should they come out.
