The bathroom scene.....an interesting scene....but that was Ralph The Doorman, not Florence talking to them when they were in the bathroom. This was doing the duration of Ralph getting the door to open.

As far as the release of Season III....I am so ready for it. I can't wait for its release....YAY! :D

Even though that is good news, that is still a long way from now. What took so damn long?!

You think they'll release all 11 seasons with interviews from surviving cast members?

I wish TVLand would get the broadcast rights back to the show and Good Times.

I agree Garfield...what was the holdup? The Jeffersons must have had poor sales of their DVDs which would be odd to me given the fact that they lasted 11 seasons.

April 2005 is still a long time to release Season 3 though.

I agree. It's about time. Who knows what took so long, but BLTN.

I think the reason it took so long is that the first and second seasons didn't sell good and the only reason this release is coming is because of pressure from fans. this should be used with other shows, keep the pressure on the DVD companies.

I think season one sold a lot better than two since the next release was less than a year instead of almost 2 years

Thanks Pav. Why oh WHY does Sony cram 10 episodes onto 1 and 2 and 4 onto Disc 3? That is one of the WORST pet peeves of mine!!!!

I got it a few hours ago (along with AITF S4).... I'm watching the first episode right now.

I just want to point out how much older George looks in this season than the previous two.

Also, I love the themesong when it features clips from the series.... something which usually annoys the hell out of me on other series.

Yeah I think some gray was added to his hair in that season to make him look closer in age to Louise. If I recall, his hair wasn't gray at all in season 1 and just a little in season 2

I love it.

One thing I noticed in Season 1 especially was how the names would be cut off in the opening credits. Especially the producers and stuff. I have a relatively big TV(especially compared to what was around in the Mid 70's and it STILL does it). My old tapes from syndication recordings are the same way.

Names Cut in Opening Credits?

Cut off the edge of the screen yes...

It's mostly the "Created and Produced By" and stuff like that.
