I will give Uncle Phil the slight edge over Al Bundy. They were two of my favorite fathers from that decade but Uncle was just too wild for me not to give him the best TV Dad of the 1990's

Yeah he was a good father although he didn't get enough credit for that.He basically got treated like s**t,moreso when Kevin hit puberty.
