From TV Guide Online:

CBS has tapped former Drew Carey co-star Craig Ferguson as Craig Kilborn's successor on The Late Late Show, per The Hollywood Reporter. The British funnyman beat out fellow contenders Damien Fahey, D.L. Hughley and Michael Ian Black.

I would have rather seen D.L. Hughley get the job.

Hmmm, I never saw Craig Ferguson, I thought that Hugley did a serviceable job.

Same here. I love D.L. Hughley and think he would have made a great host. I think Ferguson's ratings against Conan will be virtually nonexistent and that he will be cancelled very soon.

That's true. Still it's nice to see a fellow scotsman get a show.

I thought Craig was good, Hughley's jokes were too race based, something I'll get annoyed with easily.

Damien Fahey wasn't bad either.
