Moonlight Lady 12-07-2004, 04:22 PM Let's hope it does. :) Stormtracker TF 12-07-2004, 04:24 PM Originally posted by ~*Twist Of Kate*~ Let's hope it does. :) Yeah, I'm hoping this is the 3rd year in a row where we have atleast an inch of snow on the ground on Christmas day. An inch classifies it as a "white" Christmas. Last year 2 inches fell on Christmas day. I doubt we'll beat Christmas 2002's 7.5 inches on Dec. 24-25th. I agree. 2002 was one of my favorite Christmases ever, everything was perfect down to the snowfall's onset and end. I remember just as the sun went down over the horizon the snow began to come down really heavy and continued nonstop until the next afternoon. I think it ended as a touch of freezing rain or something because that night I went for a walk in the snow and there was a sheet of ice over everything. Looked like glass. Nice av, Katie. Thanks :) Yeah, Snow Miser rocks. It started snowing at my house around 1 and it was like medium. when we started walking down to Mobil. It started getting heavy once we got into the development and started walking up hill and was blinding the closer we got to the house. I remember calling in the next day cause there was no way I could get out of my driveway. Stormtracker TF 12-07-2004, 04:34 PM Originally posted by ~*Twist Of Kate*~ Thanks :) Yeah, Snow Miser rocks. Paul Kocin was talking about it on The Weather Channel. There was a swath of Heavy snow from Illinois to east New York. Moonlight Lady 12-07-2004, 04:41 PM I remember logging on here Christmas day and Janice was ticked off at the blizzard her family was supposed to be coming over for dinner. |
