No he didn't.

During the first season of Beverly Hillbillies,Bob Denver was still on Dobie Gillis.During the third,fourth and fifth seasons he was on Gilligan's Island.During the 7th and part of the 8th season he was on The Good Guys.He never did appear on Beverly Hillbillies.

I've seen every episode, and, I agree with
the other answers, Bob Denver never was on
Hillbillies....I do remember him playing a
male genie on "I Dream of Jeannie", though....he played a klutz it that as well....(I'm a Gilligan fan too, and wish
he had been on the Hillbillies....)

I remember Bob Denver being on Andy Griffith. He played Charlene Darlin's boyfriend Doug.

I also remember that in 1963 or 64 Bob Denver was on an episode of The Farmer's Daughter.He was a soldier in that one-and it was a straight role with no comedic overtones.I didn't even recognize him until the closeups.This is a sign of how good an actor he really was.
