They were taken to the Bay County Jail and are each being held on $17,500 bond.

17,500 dollar bond for possession of stems? Do you realize that that is only ten precent of the actual bail? Nearly $200,000 in bail for stems? Something is not right with this story. It sounds like bull pucky to me.

Wow, that thread the other night made you turn another leaf... or shall I say weed. :p

I'm glad to hear you're now growing cannabis in your backyard, when I get back to L.A. you'll have to give me the hook-up.

Speaking of the "other thread," for those who use that stuff and are seeking work, don't forget that many companies do drug tests. And, in many instances, if there is evidence you have used marijuana, you will not be hired.

I work full time for a small town hardware store, and don't have to worry a bit about drug tests! :D

There are ways of getting around that. Thanks for your concern, though.

WILLIN'
Lowell George

I been warped by the rain, driven by the snow

I'm drunk and dirty, don't ya know,
And I'm still, oh I'm still

Out on the road late at night,
I seen my pretty Alice in every head light
Alice, Dallas Alice

And I've been from Tucson to Tucumcari ,Tehachapi to Tonapah
Driven every kind of rig that's ever been made
Driven the back roads so I wouldn't get weighed
And if you give me weed, whites, and wine
And you show me a sign
I'll be willin', to be movin'

I've been kicked by the wind, robbed by the sleet
Had my head stoved in but I'm still on my feet
And I'm still

Smuggled some smokes and folks from Mexico
Baked by the sun, every time I go to Mexico
And I'm still

I've been from Tucson to Tucumcari, Tehachapi to Tonapah
Driven every kind of rig that's ever been made Driven the back roads so I wouldn't get weighed
And if you give me: weed, whites, and wine
and you show me a sign
I'll be willin', to be movin'

Do people hassle you and lecture you about why you're still 40 and without a wife and kids? Then shut up and stop lecturing people about what THEY do, when you yourself aren't perfect. People do what they do, and you can't do anything about it. I don't do cannibis either, but you don't see me lecturing, whining, nagging, etc., at them because they do. I'm sure you'd get quite annoying if people started talking about you and trashing your life because of the choices you've made. I'm sorry, but I just can't stand arrogant people who point out what they think are 'flaws' in other people, when in turn, they have just as many flaws within themselves.

It's beside the point whether you posted an actual 'lecture'. I've never done drugs but all you do is nag about people who do ("WEED IS BAD FOR YOU! YOU'LL GET CANCER! YOU WON'T GET A JOB!") as if they don't know that. They know all this and they know what they're doing. They don't need your information that we see enough on "truth" commercials. leave them the hell alone and let them do what they want to. it's none of your business.

Okay, who would "trash" my life? Because I take care of my mom who (possibly) has dementia?
Because I work full-time?
Because I belong to "Children International" (one of those sponsors whom chooses a child from another country and uses your monetary gifts to help them with clothing and medical needs)?

Don't you think it's worth discouraging people from using drugs? Does it matter to you that 182,000 Americans are currently being treated for marijuana dependence?

BTW, none of my flaws include using an illegal substance.

Nagging someone until they pull their hair out is going to do anything. If you've made the choice to smoke, you're going to do it regardless of what people tell you. And online of all places. Don't make me laugh.

And it's a matter of interpretation. You nag others because IN YOUR OPINION people are ruining their lives by smoking marijuana. People could trash your life because IN THEIR OPINION you wasted your life by not getting married, starting a family, passing down the family name, etc. Everything is objective, and not just from one point of view.

I never said I was a virgin.
Why would you criticize anyone who is not married? Jimmy Stewart didn't get married until he was over 40. I know quite a few people over 60 who never married, and there are hundreds of thousands more like them throughout the country. What does that have to do with using an illegal drug?

Also, you're not getting your vocation fulfilled. In life, people take two routes, which are called vocations. You either get married and start a family or go into Holy Orders and serve the church. I don't even know what happens with people who don't fulfill their vocation, but Sister Phyllis, Sister Lenore, and everyone else said God would not be pleased with us if we didn't. :(

It may not be that. There are people that are just naturally well.. not too bright.

I'll give you an example. My uncle, THE smartest person in my family, has been smoking marijuana every day for 20 years. He's also the only person that smokes in my family, that I know of.

Going by other definitions, who knows?

Well I'm not going to use words like those on these boards. There are kids who read these topics, you know.

There are no other definitions. Unless of course if you're a homosexual, but they're immoral beings, so what do they matter? When coming down to heterosexual sex, there are no other definitions. It's 1 + 1 = 2.

It's when you get cannonized by the Pope and become a saint. Like the Virgin Mary.

I wanna hold your pipe

I wanna hold your pipe
I wanna hold your pipe

And when I inhale I feel happy inside
It's such a feeling that my god
