I found this out from this old white woman who's a fan of their music. She sent me a email cause i've been on The Dramatics website before. I didn't know he passed away in November. She told me he had lung cancer. I forgot how old he was. The Dramatics are a legendary r&b/soul group who started out in the early 70's with the hits Get Up Get Down, Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get, In The Rain, Hey You Get Off My Mountain. My father has some of their albums. L.J. Reynolds who is the lead singer of the group has a son who i met in Detroit 3 years ago that looks just like L.J. The Dramatics are from Detroit. They've sang on Snoop Dogg's Doggy Dogg World hit song in 93. They also sang on Snoop Dogg's Ballin song on his Paid The Cost To Be The Boss cd. I saw The Dramatics perform last night on PBS's 70's Soul Jam concert hosted by Jimmie Walker who was JJ on Good Times tv show. Lenny was with them performing. That concert is old though cause i've seen it before.

That's sad.:( The Dramatics are just a legendary soul R&B group of the 70's. They featured songs like "What You See Is What You Get" and "In the Rain". I've heard of them and it was great.
