I saw what I believe to have been the second episode- it's the one where Felix and Oscar go on an excursion with some girl scouts and one of them is very timid and in it Felix says he is separated from Gloria. At what point did they actually get a divorce? In the pilot they were entertaining the two British sisters and Felix didn't seem like the type of fellow who would cheat on his wife if he were still legally married. I don't remember all the details of this series but I did see the finale and the fact that he and Gloria had a wedding ceremony indicates that they had indeed divorced- they weren't just separated. Was there an episode where Felix's divorce was finalized?

He was divorced from the beginning of the series.
