Roseanne's little girl is a mommy! And so is her live-in girlfriend!

Sara Gilbert -- who played smart-mouthed daughter Darlene on the hit series "Roseanne" -- has just become the proud parent of a baby boy with her lesbian live-in lover Allison Adler.

"Sara and Allie are ecstatic about their beautiful new son," a close pal of the star told The ENQUIRER.

"Allie gave birth, via a sperm donor, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at the end of October.

I may have assumed, but didn't know Sara G. was a confirmed lesbian, or at least in a same sex relationship. Anyway, congrats to her and her girlfriend.

How do you know for a fact that this story is true?
I would of never thought that she was a lesbian.
If she is; great but if not then people shouldn't be spreading
stories about celebrities unless they know the whole true story.

I personaslly don't believe anything from the ENQUIRER anymore. After they wrote about Glenn Quinn's death in it I didn't belive anything from it, thye said all these bad things about him and he died and they made him seem so ignorant and ********. I'm not sure if she really is a lesbian or if anything it said ACTUALLY happened, either way I hate the ENQUIRER and don't belive anything from, they just publish to get people to belive anything that's not true and to market off their bad rumors, anyone that wtites rumors about someone to ruin them/their life then thay are selfish, ignorant people.

I know I heard she and Johnny Galecki (sp?) dated briefly before he started on Roseanne, but who knows?

I think it's bull. The Enquierer is always making up things like that. Besides, they would have talked about it on Access Hollywood or something like that. And she was even dating Johnny Galecki for a little while. Of course, there's bisexuality, but I don't think so... ._.

Okay I don't know if she is gay or not but I checked the sources that you mentioned. I couldn't find it at all on the excite site but on the SF gate and on celebrity babies they are from the Enquirer. So it's not that they even have their own story it's all from the Enquirer. Which I am with the majority isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Here is what the SF Gate had.

So you see it's the same thing as was said before. So I don't believe it. I want to see something reliable that doesn't come from the Enquirer before I believe it.

I think the story is true. I did not know that Sara was a lesbian. It doesn't matter anyways. Congrats to her and her family!

Now that was all over the news and in the newspapers as well. He just opened up his Neverland Ranch this past weekend. I think he had thrown some party and lots of children were there. I think I read it was about 200 kids there. He personally did not stay.

When does his trial start?

I believe the trial starts this week or next. I am not sure about that one.

If this story is true it is tragic. Homosexuality is against the Holy Bible.

But then who cares about what the bible says... its just made up like all religious fairytales.

OF course the story isn't true. I know for a fact that Sara isn't a lesbian, I saw a picture of her with an old boyfriend. But since she hasn't been married 4 times like every other celebrity, the National Enquirer assumes she's a lesbian. And National Enquirer is not real, folks. Every thing in there is just something made up.

What about all the other sites, newspapers etc. that also tells about it.

On IMDB anyone can post "facts" or "trivia"...I have posted on there before
someone could have read the Enquirer and then submitted it to IMDB, that is also a site that you cannot always believe 100% of what you read. Yes it is a reliable source for movie info, but bio information may be incorrect due to false or incorrect publications from other sources.

I have searched the internet and read many articles on this from many sites, but they all lead back to the Enquirer as either their source or they give credit to the Enquirer for quotes from their article.

It really doesnt matter if it is true or not since it is not our lives it is not our business, but if this is true best of luck, if not she needs to get this resolved and the correct story out.

If you really believe this story I suggest checking on E! for news on this, and I dont mean their gossip section, or checking news media that is/has a credible reputation for the duration of its run. I know Enquirer has tried to change its image over the past few years but they still have false stories along with some "mostly" filled fact articles. Their reputation is not one for reliability or honesty in journalism.

I believe she is a lesbian, but I sorta dont believe she has a baby. It's probably true, but I just dont know :o

If it was such a fact that she was gay cause you read it on IMDB, the Enquirer, and TV Tome (the great fact checker themselves who do not make errors, lmao) then why have we not heard it from the girls mouth herself???? So by my amazing powers of deduction I say that A) Adler writes a short about having a son + B) new photos of Gilbert and Adler with a baby that looks about 8 months old = C) Yes, in October 2004 Sara Gilbert's long-time parter Allison Adler gave birth via sperm donor to their son.

I by no means am trying to "stir the pot" so to speak, I'm just trying to straighten this out for you.

I didn't know until TODAY that Sara Gilbert is a lesbian. AND!! she had a baby boy in October of 2004. I was just watching television and it mentioned this and it showed her partner Allison and their son.
