I HATE it when people online spell Thomas Haden Church's name Thomas Hayden Church or are so lazy that they call him Tom Church. Do you know him personally? I don't think so. His name is Thomas Haden Church to the public, including me... although I've been known to call him Tommy when I feel infatuated.
I also hate when people don't use the initials THC, like they think it's DIRECTLY related to pot, they think they have to call him T.H. Church or some crap like that.
Then there's when amateur reviewers online call him Haden Church or Haden-Church, thinking that Haden is a last name when it looks to me more like it's a middle name. All the professional reviewers and journalists refer to him as Church.
The only time I found this funny was when on one person's blog, they said "Thomas Haden Church's name sounds like a national monument.". Come to think of it, his name does sound like a monument.
