Is anybody a Rebecca fan?!

I think if Rebecca gets a thread Phil definately deserves a thread.

I'd consider myself a Rebecca fan. I wasn't bothered at all when she came to Cheers, I thought she provided fresh storylines and a new dymnamic for the show.

If Rebecca gets a thread, Sam should have a thread!

Am I the only Sam fan here?

I really don't mind Rebecca. I think she did a great job as the new leading female character after Diane left. I think she deserves just as much respect as any other character on the show...

Rebecca Howe didn't suck...Kirstie Alley however...

Let's see....Rebecca was a pretty good character during her first couple of seasons (minus the episodes where she's trying to chase rich guys - I just never found those parts that funny). She was a pretty good foil to Sam.

I like Rebecca.

As far as Rebecca the character goes.... her best episode was Home Is The Sailor, if they kept her character like that for the entire series, she would have been great.

I still like the episode where Rebecca and Sam babysit Carla's kids..."Unplanned Parenthood" I also enjoyed "Finally" parts 1 & 2:)

I liked Rebecca. Diane was obviously better and funnier, but Rebecca wasn't a bad replacement.

Believe it or not, the whole pathetic angle of her character was when I found her funniest. Kirstie Alley is fantastic at comedic stage crying. But of course, it was only funny when used sparingly, yet every episode soon became "I DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE I WISH I WAS ADOPTED I NEVER GOT TO GO TRICK OR TREATING AS A KID!"

I know what you mean. First time I saw her do the whining, I thought it was funny. But when it consumed her entire character, it got old, fast.

When she first finds out that Robin has been using her and she shouts "I AM TOO STUPID TO LIVE", I did laugh, pretty hard actually.

But it got old, very fast.

So did I, that's one of my favorite Rebecca moments.

Even better because she bangs her head on the bar immediately afterward.
