Anyone recall any scenes where it seemed the actors were reflecting thier own personalities rather than those of thier characters? Seeing the below picture of Kramer, from the Oprah thread, made me think of this.

There are two that come to mind for Kramer. One is when he is on the Regis and Kathy show, before he spits out the drink. He seems pretty laid back, unlike the usual Kramer. The other one is when he is about to put the paper clip into the wall outlet outside Elaine's apartment.

I'm not sure Jerry was ever even acting, so I don't know if this is applicable to him. And I can't think of any for the other characters.

Michael Richards is frighteningly dissimilar to Kramer. Almost unrecognizable (or maybe it's the shorter hair).

Jason Alexander seems pretty far off from George, too.

I always pictured Julia to be just like Elaine. Without the husband and kids of course. ;)

I reckon Jerry was playing himself on Seinfeld.I dont think he had to act too much.
