For all you game show freaks, GSN is renewing its Goodson-Todman library. Here is an article from tvgameshows.net:

CLASSIC GAME FANS REJOICE: GSN RENEWS GOODSON-TODMAN PACKAGE

Despite recent industry insider predictions of the end of classic game show packages on GSN, the former Game Show Network is rnewing its package of Goodson-Todman shows from Fremantle Media.

A GSN spokesperson confirmed the contract extension for TVgameshows.net Wednesday.

The package includes renewals of the black-and-white panel show classics of the 1950's and 60's, along with color episodes of Goodson-Todman games from the 60's through the '90's.

Not included: repeats of "The Price Is Right", which Game Show Network lost in a contract lapse under previous administration.

The renewal is expected to ensure continuation of "Black and White Overnight" (3-4 AM, ET/PT), which now includes repeats of "The Name's the Same", "What's My line?" and "Beat the Clock".

That's very good news to know! The best shows from the Goodson/Todman library will remain with GSN hopefully for a long time! GSN knows how much classic lovers care about the shows they don't make like they used to!!
