I'm surprised reading mostly negative posts about Leo. I actually liked the character especially played by Harry Connick Jr. I felt Leo tried his best in fitting in Grace's group of friends, but always felt bad when he would be left out in some of their adventures. I'm really disappointed that the writers turned him into the "bad guy" by making him cheat on Grace.

No. I found him bland and boring and played by someone who can't act. I'm surprised they kept him around as long as they did.

I didn't really like his character. I was hoping he was just another guy that would come and go in Grace's life. Because I love to see the character date. it's pure comedy.

I didn't mind Leo. He had his moments. He was 10 times better than Woody Harrelson's character Nathan, who was pretty much a loser. I thought Grace could do better.
The writers had no choice but to make Leo cheat on Grace. He did more episodes than he originally had planned. Plus, he was too busy with many other projects to be working on the show. The only other way to get him out of the storyline would have been to kill his character, which would have been way too sad.

You liked him better than Woody Harrelson's character???
Woody Harrelson trumps Harry Connick, Jr. in my book.
