We got quite a bit of snow in winter 2002.

I remember getting about 4-5 inches just before Christmas and about 7-8 inches right on Christmas eve into Christmas Day morning. That was like a classic Christmas at my house.

Maybe, there were several large E Coast type storms that year, I just think of the President's Day Storm because it was the biggest.

That's the only winter (January-March) I can think of that was actually snowy... And it was snowy. The ground was frozen solid. ;)
