Well I knew this time was going to have to come.

I am most likely going to be moving in the next month and I can't realistically move 2,000 tapes to another home so I'm going to have to part with some of them.

At this moment I'm keeping any tapes that have anything on them that I have to tape for people. I'm keeping my Ellen, Ellen Degeneres Show, Maude, Phyllis, Major Dad, Highway To Heaven tapes.

I tape in a very unusual way ~ makes it hard for "complete" tapes to be made. I tape throughout the day, whatever is on that I tape goes on one tape. I have a lot of shows complete, or almost complete, but they span a LOT of tapes (Agent 13 knows how I tape!) So a single tape could go like this (depending on the day of the week and how long ago I taped it) ~

Designing Women
The Golden Girls
Grace Under Fire
Roseanne
The Ellen Degeneres Show
Third Rock From The Sun
Spin City


etc. That's just one tape. I have about 2,000 that are like that.

At the moment I have about 200 tapes that have no labels, no indiciation of what's on them. They were taped within the last 2 years. I want to sell them as "blank" tapes althrough they are not blank. They have things on them ~ could be Law and Orders, CSI, The Nanny, Golden Girls, etc. Anything!

I have about...I'd say a good 50 or so tapes that hav a list on the front of the shows on the tapes but no show episode names ~ things like Kotter, Mayberry, Dick Van Dyke Show, etc.

I have all the good channels like Goodlife TV, A & E Biography, etc so I have taped a LOT of stuff.

I want to get rid of the "blank" tapes (that aren't blank) and the "sort of labeled" tapes first if possible.

I would really really hate to throw these tapes away. I might sell them on eBay as blanks that people buy to erase. There's a lot of good stuff on these tapes!

after the effort i went through to find somebody who had a good portion of rhoda episodes, and found that you had a heap and a lot of other hard to find shows on your list.it would be a shame to see all these good shows get taped over. because i have a feeling that the networks may not show a lot of these programs in the future.
so i am begging you :notworthy to somehow get these shows to other tape traders who will share them around instead of having them taped over.

you could always include 1'000 tapes in my package !!!!:D

Jason I'm going to try and list some of the tapes I have, what is on each one, etc at some point but I don't have the time to go through the tapes that are not labeled to see what's on them. If I had to time to do that I would sit and transfer them or something, I don't know. The "blank" ones I'm not selling for a lot of money because I know it's hard to buy what you don't know you are buying but every tape is full of TV shows and I would hate to have someone just erase them or tape over them. So when I say they are blank they aren't really blank, they are just not labeled. I wish I would have had a better taping/tracking system when I started this but I never thought I would amass this many tapes and then have to get rid of them.

So we'll see if anyone else wants them.
