Does anyone remember the espisode where Mr. Science has been arrested and is in the holding cell? I have two questions about this episode. What did Mr. Science do to get arrested? When Mr. Science is asked why he committed the crime, he explains, as best I can remember: "It used to be that you could suck an egg into a bottle and the kids thought you were a God, but nowadays the kids are really tough to impress, they expect...
This is not an exact quote, it simply conveys the jist. Does anyone recall more exactly what he said? I need this for a reference in a paper.
Thank you

Hi Don. I believe I have an answer to your question about Mr. Science. Apparently one of the kids in the audience (Mr. Science was giving a presentation) started saying things like, "Big deal, Mr. Science," and "If you're so smart, why are you bald, Mr Science?" So Mr. Science chased one of the perpetrators all over the studio and said if he didn't behave himself he'd "put his can on a Bunson burner." Apparently some damage resulted from the melee and the studio was pressing charges. The kid was planning on suing.
Didn't you say you had two questions re this episode?
