Hello Mary fans-Does anyone have vhs copies of the Mary Tyler Moore Show Marython that was on Nick at Nite about 6 years ago? Please leave a message on this board for Big bertha if you do.
Also, can someone find out if Fox Entertainment has updated the copyright on the Mary Tyler Moore Show? Or if it will go into the public domain like Andy Griffith or the Beverly Hillbillies? What is up with Fox Entertainment? I mean they own the rights to the Mary Tyler Moore Show, the Bob Newhart Show, Hillstreet Blues, Rhoda, Phyllis, WKRP and they are not releasing these shows?
I would be releasing them in a heartbeat!! They would be huge hits!! Like they say in the music biz-once a great song-always a great song!! How long will the dumping of junk on the public go on? I mean most of the shows that are out on dvd make my iq drop just by hearing about them, let alone seeing them. I mean, come on Mission Impossible is not on dvd or how about The Wild Wild West. Or the Rockford Files etc. Hopefully these great shows will find their way back to us. Keep the faith and let's hope Fox Entertainment knows how to market Mary better next time. And don't forget to leave me a message if you have copies of the Maryton a few years back that was on Nick at Nite. I moved and left all my vhs tapes at the old house. I could just kick myself!!! FEEEEBBBBB!!!!! And Mary fans please continue to email Fox at Foxdrop@icc.com.
