I wanted to let you all know that I was brave yesterday. The staff at our school had a dress down day and I decided to wear my CATM t-shirt, the one I won on ebay! I got quite a few comments and the students wanted to know all about the show. A few even asked if I would bring in one to show them when we have an indoor recess sometime. I told them I would. I am sure they might find the humor dated. I will have to think long and hard about which one I should show them. They are only in the 5th grade. LOL

I will say I didn't get any negative feedback. I did get some good natured ribbing, but many of my fellow teachers know all about my obsession, so they just smiled at me! LOL

Cool! I'm glad it sparked some interest about the show!! :D

...A suggestion for one of the shows they might like..
my son, who just turned 12, sometimes watches the show with me, and he always laughs out loud at the antics on "The Hypnotist". (But the scene at the very end where the van is rocking back and forth may be a little too risque for them!)

...showing them the pilot! It sets up the situation for the whole series and showcases the leads' talents quite well.

but i was trying to remember, the episode of the return of aunt connie, that wasn't filmed after Freddie Jr was born was it? I doubt it but i just had a thought, if it were filmed after his son's birth i wonder if that would have been one of his son's blankets he was using for that episode:lol:
I know i'm a not case but i do day care and what can i say i children and Freddie on the brain and that's what happens.

That is soooo cool! I wish I'd had teachers like you when I was in school. Maybe it might've been more interesting & I'd have gotten better grades lol... I made up my own Freddie & Chico Ed t-shirts & wear then with pride... :) We enjoyed meeting you & will have to get together wih ya again sometime. Freddie fans are fun! :)

What a great idea Lucky.......

My kids know all about Freddie from Chico and the man not only because I told them about Freddie and I saw the show and showed them the show but they get a kick that Fred Jr is his son. (I mentioned Fred from Scooby Doo and I know what you did last summer) and now they are Fred Jr. fans ......... Plus my 13 yr. old son likes Sara Michelle Geller so it's one big happy family over here...

I think the first episode would be good too..... it explains who they are and how they come together.....
Personally I giggle every time I think of that show.....
