Does anybody know how tall the actors were?

I know that Bob Denver is 5'11 and half
I know that Alan Hale was 6'4
I guess Jim Backus was around 5'9
I guess Nathalie Schafer was around 5'3
I know that Tina Louise is 6'
I guess Russell Johnson is around 5'11
I guess Dawn Wells is around 5'2

No offense, but some of those heights were measured with the actors on roller skates :)

In Russell Johnson's autobiography, there's a picture of his military ID card in which his height is given at 5'10. Backus and Denver are approximately the same height give or take an inch. Denver looked smaller than he was because he was always standing next to the Skipper.

Alan Hale was about the same size as his dad, around 6'2" or 6'3" (imdb lists him at 6'2").

Tina wears heels which makes her look taller. The imdb lists her at 5'8" which would appear reasonable.

The imdb lists Dawn Wells at 5'6.5 although I think the above estimate of 5'2" is more realistic.

I asked this same question on Bob Denver's web site. He said that Dawn is the same height as his wife Dreama... 5'4".
