Are there any good free ones available for download?

I use this one. It's pretty good at catching trojans too, and it updates automatically all the time. I haven't had any problems with it, yet.;)

I use AVG Free (http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5) myself.
