My family doesn't buy movie DVDs anymore. We just rent from Netflix. Every time we buy one, we only watch it once and that's it. :lol:

Yes, I mean Memento. Typo. I've seen the two-disc version, but couldn't for the life of me figure out how to watch the movie in reverse order - that DVD has the most complicated menu I've ever seen. The version I bought was the simple single disc. I can flip around and watch it backwards anyways ;)

Yes, it does take a lot of work to find all the extra features, but once you finally find everything, you feel like you've accomplished something miraculous. I figured it must have been the single disc, either way, six bucks is a good deal.

I don't think I've bought any this month, can't wait for December though to buy, "Napoleon Dynamite," "Maria Full of Grace," "Anchorman," and "I, Robot." :D

The latest DVDs I bought was awhile ago back in the summer. "Suddenly", "Beat The Devil", "Say It Isn't So", "At Close Range" and "The Great Escape".

I also bought some cheap DVDs: "Crossroads" and "Penny Serenade" but those DVDs were crappy, so I didn't keep them.

I picked up Elf the day it came out.

Well, not on DVD but I just got Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind on tape. Free on Housing Channel. :D There are some perks to still being stuck in college. Van Helsing, Spiderman 2, and Shrek 2 are all going to be on next month. Saves me about sixty bucks :)

I just bought that today. It's gotten such a beautiful DVD release - four discs - and hours of special features. Gotta have it. Also, since I'm writing a paper on David O. Selznick (the producer) I figure it'll be somewhat helpful as well.

Also bought The Fantasticks yesterday. It's so nice getting graduation money :D

Yep, it is - the whole series. All the 1986-1990 episodes. 45 episodes on 10 DVD's (yeah, don't ask why). At the time I made that, PWP had been out on DVD for a week - it came out on 11/16. :) It's the no-frills version, another version is coming out in 2 months that will be chock-full of extras. :D So if you want to get that one, you can wait. But if you don't want to, you can pick them up now. :cool:
