He hasn't starred in a hit movie since the late 80's.

Yep, IT TAKES TWO.

It was released in theatres and actually was a pretty big success (I think).

I am surprised someone's never heard of him, he was inescapable during the mid-late 1980's. In many ways, he could've had Tom Hanks' career if he had made better choices

When I was a kid I loved the Police Acadamy movies. I still like the first one to this day. I don't know if Steve was the greatest actor in the world, but he was good at comedy. I also remember that he was in the television movie The Day After.

LOL@2nd picture of Steve hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. What is he doing wearing that women's outfit? Ya'll remember him in the movie The Bedroom Window with Elizabeth McGovern? I never saw that but i wanted to. It came out in the early 80's. He was the man in the Police Academy 1-4 movies.

Great news! I talked with Tom Jones' people and he is willing to sing 2 songs for the telethon but there is one condition. He wants to sing a duet with Mr. Guttenberg.
