Now that MLB free agency has offically began. I ask where will the best known pitching free agent end up? What team will sign Pedro Martinez?
I think he will sign with either the Angels or Dodgers. He pitches better in warm weather. If I had to pick one, I think he goes back to original team the Dodgers.
The Red Sox has stated that they will not up their current offer of a 2 year $12 million per year contract. While word from here in New York, is that George Steinbringer now agrees with his baseball people, and will not seriously presue Pedro Martinez.
