From StephenKing.com...
Desperation is now being produced as a feature movie (not a miniseries) for ABC (no air date yet). It is currently being filmed in Arizona. Mick Garris, whose previous Stephen King projects include Riding the Bullet, The Stand, The Shining, Quicksilver Highway [Chattery Teeth], and Sleepwalkers, wrote the screenplay and is directing this production. Cast members include:
· Ron Perlman as Collie Entragian
· Tom Skerritt as Johnny Marinville
· Steven Weber as Steve Ames
· Matt Frewer as Ralph Carver
· Annabeth Gish as Mary Jackson
· Henry Thomas as Peter Jackson
· Charles Durning as Tom Billingsley

Weber was in Stephen King's 1990's miniseries, "The Shining".

Ah. So Stephen liked him so much the first time that he's using him a SECOND time :)

I occasionally put Sci-Fi Channel on (Usually to see if Sliders or the Charlie O'Connell movies Death By Magic or Devil's Prey turn up) and some Steven Weber movie was on there last weekend, I think. But as I remember, it wasn't a very good movie so I passed on it.
Has Steven Weber done a few Science Fiction movies for the Tribune company? Thomas Haden Church did Mr. Murder that was distributed by Tribune Syndication. SFC now owns most of the Tribune movies and programs (BeastMaster replaced Sliders :(
at 5 PM on SFC).

I'm sick of using brackets... I use them way too much!!!

It's funny about the "Wings" gang.....They DO love appearing in those horror/sci-fi films, don't they?

Yeah. THC was in Mr. Murder, The Specials and Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight.

Steven Weber was in The Shining remake and he's coming back to do another King-based movie...

Who else from Wings has been in SF or Horror?
