Great news. Weasel was my favorite character in the New Class. The first season of SBTB: The New Class was the best (IMO).

Oh my God. I can die happy now. No, I can't. The first season was my least favorite season, but I'm still looking forward to it anyway. This is great.

Awesome!!
I like that Image is keeping the look that Lions Gate started. Although, as Im sure this will be like the College Years.... this box won't suck.

I probably won't buy this set...I don't know. I'll purchase the 2nd season box set though...that's where Mark-Paul, Mario, and Lark came back for a brief appearance in an episode. But I liked the later seasons the best...I don't really remember the early seasons that well but of what I remember, they tried way too hard to be like the original and it just didn't work. It got on my nerves.

I liked the later seasons too. I can honestly say I only watched a couple of the first season episodes and wasn't crazy about it, but I don't have a problem with owning this. I want the complete collection. Hopefully, this will sell so that the following seasons will also be released.

The first season was always my favorite. I know the characters were just rip-offs of the original characters. That, originally, is why I liked the show ... to laugh at it (Not with it). After a while, though, I just started actually liking it. I taped the first season off of USA years ago. So that's the season I'm most familiar with.

Like Jpnoyes, Weasel was my favorite character. I bet they only got rid of him after season 1, because Screech returned and they only wanted one nerd. Because Weasel's replacement, Bobby Wilson, wasn't a nerd. In fact, they never had a nerd as one of the gang again.

I'm shocked... the "College Years" must of been a success for Image. I hope they are not expecting the same amount of sales for this set.

glad its coming to dvd, but I'm waiting for the season where Ryan Parker was a character. I missed many episodes due to my stupid NBC station deciding to not air T(een)NBC anymore. And then when they finally did air some, they were the later ones where Ryan had left. :( And USA network stopped airing these reruns of episodes a long time ago. I have a few taped, but a dvd would be so much nicer.

I hope they'll release the rest of the seasons so I can get the ones with Rachel&Ryan as a couple.
