Hi all! I'm stumped on a trivia question from a recent episode and was wondering if anyone could help me remember...the question is:

In a recent episode of King of Queens, Arthur Spooner
devises a way to cheat at Blackjack. To ensure that
the dealer doesn't know what cards Arthur is talking
about, he creates names for certain cards. For
instance the ten is named Alfred Lord Tennysen, the
Jack is named Johnny Switchblade, and the Queen is
known as Mississippi Mable. What name did Arthur give
the King card?
