thanks. It's a huge weight off my shoulders. Everytime I saw something about Xmas or a commercial or something I'd be like within 2 seconds of bursting into tears. I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to buy my family xmas presents. I have $15 in my bank account and $28 is coming out on the 15 from my gym membership. uuuugh I'm screwed. LOL

I dont have a lot of people to buy for, and some Im not even going to see til after Christmas.. but add on bills, and insurance, and my property tax :faint: Ohh hows the gym going?

I haven't gone to the gym in MONTHS. I had a fainting spell after getting off one of the machines and it scared me so I never went back and I am stuck with a one year contract so if I tried to get out of it I would have a big fee (not sure how much) so I was better off just paying for it and not going. It ends in January then I'm gonna call and cancel.

Maybe you could get out of it on a medical technicality. That sucks to have to pay for something you can't use.

Congratulations! That's quite a relief for you. I love CVS (Consumer Value Store). I spend so much money there. I have their Extra Care Savings card on my keychain. I get the best coupons on the bottom of my sales receipt. CVS has the best 'Buy One, Get One Free' deals going all the time.

I check the Sunday flyer, and using manufactur's coupons too, I joke that I'm going to make my weekly CVS heist. I'll spend $50 for about $90 worth of merchandise. I seriously have it down to a science.

You'll probably get a good employee discount too. You could do your Christmas shopping at CVS. They have everything...perfume, books, candles, CDs, DVDs, sports clothing, etc.

yeah the discount is pretty decent..25% off most things over $1. Thats the only thing I really like about working there. Pay sucks, hours suck, and since i'm new i get all the crap that comes with being the new kid.

Did they tell you what you're going to be doing?

25%? awesome I thought it was gonna be 10% like with most retail chains or is it different for every CVS? He told me I'll be working all around the store which I like so I won't get too bored. BTW are we allowed to wear jeans? I hope so cuz I have almost nothing to wear but jeans.

I'm pretty sure its 25% for each store, but it might be different for each state so don't take my word on that. I do register/facing(fixing things on the shelves). I like doing register better, the time goes by faster. and yeah you can wear jeans just as long as they're not blue jeans.
