Some Afghan is probably freaking out right about now.
The story is: this very special Mi-24 helicopter is presently flying in Afghanistan, where it is no doubt causing quite a stir. God Bless the U.S.A.

Well, if you must ask...the point of this is because we need to support our troops and I thought it was neat. I am sorry that you did not like it. but just because you dont like it does not mean you should bash me for it.

Well, actually I dont have to do that. Yes this is an ILL board but we are free to talk bout other things than ILL. Like said before ITS A FREE COUNTRY. Thank you for leting me know your thoughts though. You put it in a "simpler" way ..I guess. Anyways this was posted about a month ago Im not 100% sure and it bothered nobody else but him.

I am not trying to start a fight or anything but why do people have to put down others or what they say or do. Wish we lived in the 1950' again where it seemed so "perfect"

Oh c'mon i have seen people put crap on here that don't belong on here either. that don't mean it aint kewl. that was very awsome and I think that is somethin'. We all should do support our troops more. :D

I am sorry that this has tured into an argument. No matter where you live you should enjoy the freedom you have is what I meant. But I was mostly meaning as an American. And also...I am sorry that our troops are finding something else to do to keep them occupied. Right now we really cant do anything with "your" society because "your" to busy fighting back at us when we are actually trying to help you all. We are trying to make you a free country, as free as it can be.

Like I said before, I am sorry that this did get into an argument. I am sorry that I "misplaced" this thread. I just thought that others would enjoy it and the Americans would enjoy it even more to know what some of our troops do while they are off duty. You dont know if they ordered that paint or what so you cant say, "The money spent on modeling that helicopter could've helped us, the people of Iraq, rebuild our society" no matter how they got the paint thats around 80-100 dollars anyways, not that much money compared to ALL of the money that we will be giving "you all"

Anyways...NONE of this would of even happened if "your" country did not ATTACK US... Iraq, afganistan, we are fighting you all..because you messed with us! W never bothered "you" before. Atleast when we kill your people we dont celebrate it and rejoice, like some of the "you" did when we were attacked in NYC. Please before you talk down our country and what we do, think about that.

ILL fans do not just sit and "meditate" on ILL they have a life. They do talk about mroe than ILL.

I'm an American, and a proud American. But I'm not proud of the war in Iraq. The war in Afganistan is completely understandable, and we should be looking for Osama Bin Laden. I just didn't like how you presented this, for example -- "Some Afghan is probably freaking out right about now." Yet your thread title says "War in Iraq" Try to get informed before you go around shoving the mentality that America is the end all be all country.

I did not write what was listed on the 1st thread (with pictures) that was copied out of an email, just to let you know...I know they are 2 different countries that was why i said we are you ALL. As for the other boards, that is there what they do...we obviously dont do that...at least I have not found a thread to place those things yet...and if I do I will post there. Also I am not shoving anything. If you dont even support the war I have a question..why did you even open this thread? I dont think we would bash our troops and the war on here...because others may get mad..as you can tell. I am thankful for our troops and the war. If it was not for the war...I bet we would of been attacked another time maybe more than once. What is so wrong with the war? Is it that so many are dying? Well if so...I would like to bring up the fact that most of our soldiers sign up for this by choice, other are drafted, yes but they know what they are getting into, they know they may not live.

Thats exactly right Desilu90! If we did not go to war..they would have killed many more of us. More than the amount of the soldiers dying. So I would rather go to war and tkae the risk of loosing those soldiers than not going to war and having our freedom taken away and living in turmoil. Which would you prefer?
