My Favorite Two Supporting Characters were

Irene and Lionel Jefferson

Out of all my favorites, I pick Louise and Lionel Jefferson.

Lionel Jefferson is number one. It was way too bad when a different actor took over for him later on The Jeffersons.

My second one is up in the air but I'll go with Maude.
