Greg's arch rival Warren asks Marcia to go out. He beat Greg out of a spot on the basketball team. To get back at Marcia, Greg ask out her rival Kathy Lawrence.

Okay then I vote off Warren because that doesn't sound like a "villian" to me since he didn't do anything to Greg on purpose...at least it seems like that.
