This is probably one of my favorite episode.
The Refridgerator breaks and everybody tells their own version of what really happened.
I love the extremes. In Mike and Gloria's story, Archie's a raving tyrant and in Archie's story he's as gentle as a lamb.
Anybody notice Ron Glass from Barney Miller?
Sorry if this topic has been posted already. :)
What are your thoughts?

Yes, I noticed Ron Glass from Barney Miller. He seems real gay to me. He's guest starred on many shows, and he seems feminine on everything. But, to each his/her own.

I guess I never noticed that. Next time I watch my Barney Miller dvds i'll have to pay closer attention to him and you're right, to each their own. :)

I agree- I think that episode is BRILLIANT- it's one of the best of the series- it's hilarious, it's dramatic, it's thought-provoking- the sitcom was brought out to it's greatest possibilities in this show and this is one the episodes that attests to it.

This is my favorite episode from Season 3 and definitely one of my top 5 favorite episodes of all time. The way Archie was acting in the Meathead's version of the story was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing.

Ron Glass did not starting acting gay until the later seasons of Barney Miller; but I agree with this episode, it is one of my favorites as well. It is hilarious and I thought that Ron Glass did a hell of a good job playing the "Uncle Tom/ Black is beautiful" character.

 I agree, though I still think he was very handsome when he was younger; the only time he did not act feminine when he played a pimp on an episode of Hawaii Five-O back in 1973.

That was one great episode. I wish I had it on tape; maybe some day. It was very funny.
