was I the only one who thought he was sorta hot? i mean they made him out to look like a nerd, but in the later seasons (especially season 11) he looked really cute and had a nice body...I liked when he had the beard it made him look better.

Bud wasn't a nerd,he was just smarter than the rest of his family.The only bad thing is his obsession with rubber women ohno:

He was really funny! And i reckon he was kinda cute but its not like i had a crush on him.;)

i think he looked still like a kid/teenager alot in seasons 4-8, but like in seasons 9, 10, and especially 11, i think thats when i began thinking he was more hotter and attractive than before. if u notice in season 11, he made a big change when he buffed up, cut his hair really short, and grew his beard out all in season 11.

I'd say Bud's height, and the fact that he looked very young for his age is what hurt him in the looks department. The writers picked up on this, and Kelly made a lot of "gnome" and "troll" jokes about Bud.

A lot of times, sitcoms will try and get younger actors who look younger than their age, so if the series is prolonged, they can make the character younger than the actor's actual age. Faustino just did not grow as the series progressed, yet the writers decided to keep Bud's age consistent with Faustino's. For instance, when Bud turns 18, and Al takes him to a strip club, that was around the time Faustino was 18. Yet, I remember thinking how young he looked for someone who was supposed to be 18.

I recently saw Bud on a Child Stars documentary and hes a really cool guy.Stigmata,Faustino did say that he always looked younger than he was.Geek on the show,orn not,he has grown up nicely!

He was hot! For someone who was fathered by Al.

DuhDuh is so right. In the later seasons, they show Bud shirtless and WOW - he was a little muscle man. He was really HOT!
